We have learned that the Scientific Atlanta 8300 series may still function with the DVR Expander after the firmware update but Apricorn has not confirmed this information. We urge Time Warner customers (particularly in the NY area) to contact Time Warner to confirm support if you are unsure if your service will be supported.
